Shane's love of reptiles started at a very young age in his hometown of Santa Paula, CA. Childhood fascination with native King Snakes and Horned Lizards (The Holy Grail of all the local fauna!) evolved into exotic reptiles. Around the year 2000 he kept over 30 different species of reptiles like Burmese pythons, Boas, iguanas, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, tortoise's, various king snakes just to name a few!
