Shipping Policy
Shipping live animals can feel intimidating—especially if it’s your first time. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back and your reptile’s safety as top priority.
- All animals ship overnight via FedEx to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. We use Redline Shipping, a trusted live animal shipping broker that specializes in safe, secure delivery. You can learn more about them at www.redlineshipping.com.
- Once you purchase your animal, either we’ll reach out to you, or you can contact us to set up a shipping date. In most cases, we’re able to ship as early as the next Tuesday or Wednesday.
- We ship out of Knoxville, Tennessee, and generally prefer to ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid any weekend delays. This helps ensure your animal arrives healthy and without any unnecessary stress.
- Shipping always depends on the weather. If temps along the route are above 90°F or below 40°F, we’ll hold off until it’s safe to ship. This includes departure, arrival, and any major FedEx hub in between.
- No exceptions—if conditions aren’t right, we wait. We won’t compromise the safety or health of any animal just to ship faster. All logistics are confirmed before anything leaves our facility.
- Have questions before purchase? Please reach out. We have shipped hundreds of animals without issue, and we’re confident your new reptile will arrive safe and sound when we stick to these guidelines.
- Local to Knoxville? We’re happy to meet up in town for delivery at no extra charge. If you’re attending a show we’ll be vending at, show pickup is always an option too. Just ask!
